We provide a client relationship management (CRM) platform with features like contact management, messaging (via integrated channels including WhatsApp Business API), analytics, automation, and AI tools. Services are provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities under your account.

4. WhatsApp and Messaging Usage

Our platform integrates with WhatsApp via Meta's official Cloud API. You agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policies, and all applicable laws.
• Only send messages to users who have opted in.
• Not use the service for spam, illegal, or prohibited content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property, introduce viruses, or interfere with the platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. Fees are as shown during signup. We may change pricing with notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for data you upload or process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Multiservice Inc is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.
